Did she just read a chapter of it (all on her own!)? Or did she memorise every word in that chapter? She loves Frog and Toad to bits. I lent 1 of the books to Auntie K and she's been bugging me to get it back. Not sure if I should buy the Little Bear set. Aiya... I have weakness for books.
Oh yes... how do you explain 'Good Heavens' to a child?

Lecia went on an excursion with the cc today. She was very much looking forward to it and I'm sure she had great fun. They did a craft work at the Kid's Fest and was allowed to bring it home. However, nothing to my surprise, she lost her craft. Tr S went to look for it and passed me a box. When I asked Lecia if it was hers (as no names were written), she said it belonged to so-n-so. As Tr S was speaking to another parent, I told Tr C (who was standing in front of me) that this box doesn't belong to Lecia and wanted to hand the box to her. To my disappointment, she shrugged her shoulders and said 'I dont know, she is not in my group.'
Please...
Is it so difficult to take the box back from me? Is there a need to draw a line in such a simple matter? Even after I told her that it's ok and to return it to the child, she still refused to take it back from me. Aiyo! I really have no patience for such a teacher.

'Tomorrow' came and I made another 'tomorrow' promise. :p Doh. A pollywog means a tadpole.

It took her 2 attempts to do this (of course with some explanations from me after the 1st try). She definitely need more practice. haha!

Found this! Dora the Explorer VCD dubbed in mandarin. Haha! I normally dun buy any books of favourite characters but this was exceptional. In order to get the VCD, I have to buy the set of books. DOH!

This is the Little Red Hen's house. She drew in the black cloud because it is night time. She used to draw things just on its own. Today she seems to be able to connect things together and come up with this drawing.
